Hayli is a wonderful addition to our Markley Co. team. Hayli is almost done with a full service kitchen remodel that we cannot wait to show you all! Hayli is a hardworking mama and is absolutely our people person! We love her bubbly and infectious personality.

Tell me something interesting about yourself:

wow this is kind of hard. Truly I’ve found that since becoming a mom that’s what my life has revolved around. Something interesting about me is honestly hard to answer and I hope to work on that this year!

What do you like to do for fun:

last year was the year about focusing on myself and so is this one. Working out has been my outlet of fun besides being a momma!

Have you always been interested in interior decorating and design:

to be honest, absolutely not. I didn’t start really getting into design until mid 2020 when I followed a bunch of accounts to keep myself busy. I made a bunch of boards to redecorate our house, life got ahead of me (I had two kids 23 months apart) and I never ended up doing it. This is truly what got me into wanting to design/interior decorate!

What made you decide to work at The Markley Co./Markley Co. Interiors:

a dear friend of mine who knew alyssa shared her job posting, I was kind of skeptical at first but after wanting to pursue some passions I got to know more about Alyssa’s business by researching her more and applied!

Since working here, what has been your favorite part?:

meeting new clients and individuals. It’s been so rewarding to see the joy on their faces when we sign a contract, or start a project! I also have enjoyed working with Alyssa and the team as we have all become friends!
